Throughout the year, there are many opportunities to volunteer to help with the upkeep of the facility or to work in the concession stand. If your child is playing on a Celtic team, you are expected to volunteer some part of your time. The main opportunities for volunteering include:

- Fall Complex Work Day (clean, paint, prepare fields, setup goals)
- Spring Complex Work Day (clean, setup goals)
- The Creek Classic Tournament (concessions, field marshall, field preparation)
- The Haunted Classic Tournament (concessions, field marshall, field preparation)
